Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
- Books once sold will not be taken back.
- Replacement is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects.
- The defective book must be shipped back by the buyer at their own cost.
Details Required for Replacement
Please email the following details before sending the defective book:
- Buyer’s Name
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Name of the Book
- Payment Mode
- Reason for Return (with photograph of defect)
Important Notes
- No return will be accepted without prior approval.
- Returned book must not be damaged or torn.
- The defective book must reach our warehouse within 7 days of purchase.
- Inspection will be done after receiving the book.
- Replacement will be provided for the same edition only.
- If replacement is unavailable, refund will be initiated after deducting delivery charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by email or phone call any time
before dispatch.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days
after deducting a 10% stocking fee from the cart value.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank as processing may take time.
- If unresolved, contact us via email.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Returns
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Use traceable shipping for high-value items.
